Cornwell's Truck Repair

I hardly ever give reviews either I forget or I'm too busy with life. Mr. Paul with Cornwell truck repair Tucson the honesty and integrity I experienced was something is really hard to come by nowadays. Took my truck in because other mechanics advise I needed a Costly repair. Dropped it off with Paul and advised me my truck was perfectly fine no repairs needed. He immediately earned my trust and business. Gotta say I'm excited he will be doing a restoration on a classic truck I have. I would highly recommend this repair shop.

Cornwell wanted $525.00 just for the tire. I got it all, tire - mounting - tire disposable @ Purcells right down the street for under $500.00 Update : re Cornwells comment : Bro you already had the lowest Google review score in the city of Tucson by a landslide at 2.9 before my review showed up in the first place. I was willing to give you a chance and the phone conversation experience ended it. Now you want to complain and act like nothing is ever Cornwells fault. Good luck on that deal 🙏 Your gonna need it pal

Replaced the AC components in my truck, called these guys late on Saturday, they said show up Sunday morning. They did a full vac, pressure test and fill. Easy to work with and helpful. They don’t take card so be ready for cash or Zelle. Great experience.

One of the worst repair experiences I’ve ever had! I took my truck to this mechanic, and he gave me a price before opening the transmission. But once he opened it, he suddenly increased the price by five times! When I refused to pay the unfair extra charges, I had my truck towed out by a towing company. Here’s the real problem: he refused to hand over any of the opened parts, including the clutch, even though I paid him the full amount he originally asked for. When I confronted him, he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. This is blatant dishonesty and unprofessional behavior. Keeping parts that I paid for is not just unethical — it’s theft. I strongly warn anyone considering this place: stay far away. You risk being overcharged, ignored, and having your parts held hostage.
